The deli inside this Freshstop serves the best Fried chicken at affordable prices and is always clean and tidy. The meal boxes are excellent value and if you feeding a family, affordable. The Fresh fruit and veg is also great. Thank you to the whole team for a store well run.

Super staff, excellent & quality customer service, order specials on menu of Monday to Sunday for either lunch or supper, also offer variety on menue, Coffees & biscuits are delicious for light take aways or order from menu, freshly made while you wait.

The Settle Coffee area should just close. They coffee gets worse every time, the baristo is just rude. I guess will stick to the Lorraine and Walmer one!

Highly disappointed and disgusted in the fresh stop this is the 2nd time I got hair in my food.

This review is of poor service as a regular customer of the Crispy chicken take aways.Yesterday 09 Jan 2022, we purchased 3 of these meals,took the food for lunch to the beach and was very disappointed to find that this meal was far from fresh,the chicken piece was dark brown already (possibly recooked few times)the burgers lettuce old and pale color,the pattie rock hard.This is really unacceptable as a person doesnt mind to pay for quality,this morning i returned.Asked to see the owner, was told he not available, i then got a lady manager,she was willing to listen to my complaint,i then had to go and argue with kitchen staff with this manager now.The kitchen staff was rude,made as if i am a liar,telling me they always use fresh stock.Nothing was resolved but i personally will never buy again here or even put diesel into my bakkie here again.Whats use having a manager on duty if nothing can be sorted out,with regards to customer complaints.I had to argue with them , as if i was looking for free food.All i went to do is complain about old food received.Was total waste of R150Steven nel16 JANUARY 2022 FEEDBACK:Owner called me, we agreed to meet today at the shop.My meals was replaced with fresh top quality foods.She also gave a complementary 2lt cooldrink.The owner is a friendly lady.I am grateful she rectified the previous meals i purchased.ThsnkYou

How disappointing!!! Bought 2 pieces of chicken and chips about a hour ago. Chicken dried out completely and chips over spiced!!! Had a bite, in the hope it tasted better thsn it looked.... nope gave selected pieces to my dog. Was looking forward to try it out after I first bought this in Knysna, last week.... it was amazing. You should go and learn from them. You do not even earn a 1 star. So sorry I can not promote you at all.
