Audi Centre Klerksdorp

We were there for a service for my wife's Audi A4. The car was finished serviced at 10h30. After that it went to the wash bay. We waited for almost 2 hours to finish washing the car. At 12h30 they delivered the car, not completely clean as one would expected after a wash of 2 hours.

Had a major service. Failed to check disk brakes and brake pad wear. Went for wheel alignment after service where I was informed that my front brake disks were worn and my brake pads at the front were barely at 10%.These are basics. Would not recommend.

I received the worst service from Audi Klerksdorp, the way I was treated with payments was totally unacceptable. We were told to make an EFT payment into their account because we can’t swipe for payments that are more then R6000. After doing the EFT we were requested to provide POP and we had to wait until it cleared/reflected in their account. My car was done at 11:30 the morning I left Klerksdorp around 16:00. On top of this I checked my oil levels on my car it’s not even full but according them they have done a oil replacement. The Audi klerksdorp service is extremely poor, I will never recommend anybody to go there and I will take this further.

Audi assisted me efficiently and did so in a helpful and friendly manner. I believed my car would not be available until the new year due to the time of my breakdown. Yet A day later I received my car with all faults, repairs and parts replaced. The service from everyone was professional and I would recommend Audi Klerksdorp to anyone

The welcoming is fine,the issue is the communication after dropping the car more when you pay cash, you could pay cash and call if they have received your proof of payment, and the other lady will told me the lady i spoke with is still on the phone, she never called me till the time when she said the cash is ready and still need to verify with head office is i paid. to my surprise, what was she doing during the day not checking her emails, and my proof of payment from capitec bank immediate payment, then my question where was she when i send that. was she not aware i still need to drive back to vryburg from klerksdorp, even my address indicate schweizer-reneke.(this isuue happended when i took my car for a last service.. check the records KDY 218 NW)my last visit i was made to wait for 30 minutes at klerksdorp library for 30minutes, after my investigation i find out those ladies put drivers under pressure, them it looks like drivers are not performing. they put drivers under pressure for their own performance.RegardsObakeng BatsietsengAudi A3 - KDY 218 NW569 Ramatshwele StreetIpelegeng LocationSchweizer-Reneke2780

Been going here with 2 vehicles since 2016. The vehicle services are always on time, Chantelle is always friendly and informative, Car always comes out squeeky clean and I have never had a bad experience at this branch.

If you’re comfortable with racism, and condescending staff then this is a perfect dealer for you. Audi should be ashamed of associating their brand with such people. What I experienced at this dealership has never happened to me at any other Audi in this country.

Had my engine rebuild wich costed R68000 and 25 000 kilometers, 4 years later engine uses oil and water and needs to be repaired at own cost, car was serviced every 10 000 kilos and is taken care of verry well, i wont suggest them for no one!!

Went for my first service at Audi Klersdorp and the treatment i got there was very bad, i was told to sit outside in the sun for the whole 5 hours because of covid - 19 Level 3.My question is why is the garage open in the first place if they can't accomodate us during this time. Or was is racism?

The service I have received from Audi Center Klerksdorp was outstanding. The time taken for the works as well as the work done on the vehicle is of acceptable standard. Most important the constant update regarding the progress on the works done on the vehicle was outstanding. I am completely satisfied with the service I have received. Keep up the good work!!!
