I’m very disappointed with the service I got from them, the Wi-Fi couldn’t reach other rooms, only in the living room. I complained about it and I was told to pay an extra R450 for relocation, which I agreed to pay. To my surprise, there was an extra R390 which I had to pay again for the relocation, which was never explained to me from the beginning. Still, the network was poor and couldn’t connect to the other rooms. I’m so disappointed with the service.

Really dissapointed in how they handle it when you have to move out of RTB. We had to move. Now today i received a call and they want me to pay R13k for a contract i signed before all of this happend. the scary part is I moved last year June and I informed them. We had to move as the property that we lived(rented) in (the property was sold). My whole life was flipped upside down and they just worried about their money. My whole family had to move. They have no compation for anybody's situation.Infinity replies.Yet again my situation as I had to move out of Rustenburg. Not because I wanted to. Either way, no compation!!!!! And I will keep by that statement. I see you say any concerns. I told you I had to move. Did you want me to pay for not using infinity? On a house that was sold. You could have just taking the line over to them. I am warning people, please make sure you will stay in Rustenburg for the lenght of their contract...

Absolutely unacceptable client service.We have been loyal customers for almost 4 years and the 1 month we paid literally 1 day late (after only getting 1 reminder on the day we had to pay) and we were disconnected and told to pay an additional R250 to be reconnected.When telling them to then cancel our account, they tell us we can only do that on Monday (because apparently they don't work on a Friday).I will never recommend them to anyone!

We have the worst situation we dont have work and have to move out of rtb and they dont care if you dont have the money to pay or not they keep locking tickets on email but they dont help and this is not what we expected in the internet i am very disappointed.

The WORST service EVER. Have been asking for 2 Months for our slow speeds to be fixed. Not even a little bit of help from them, just blaiming Evotel is all that they do. They logged multiple tickets 5 to be exact and not a single one was successful. Very disapointed
