Excellent service from Rishaad who helped us in everything that was required.

This is the worst service we have received from a company. I started the ordering process, of branded boxes, on the 31st of August. It is now the 15th of November and we have still not received confirmation as to when we will receive our order. The sad thing is we have paid for our order and asked for a refund to have no answer. The same excuse we receive daily is there is no board or they waiting on production. We have phoned daily to get an answer to be told the boss Faizal will return our call, no surprise though, we still wait his call. This service is absolutely shocking. Maybe when considering a packaging company look a little further than Lesedi Print and Packaging CC.
