My experience today at the Fleet Fitness showroom in Balcatta was fantastic. I was keen to hire a piece of exercise equipment over the winter season. I researched a few companies online and found Fleet Fitness to be the most user friendly website. The website was easy to navigate and all relevant information for hiring a piece of exercise equipment was clear and understandable. I appreciated the fact that the hiring process was simple and stress free with three simple choices at the end of the hire period. (Re-hire, purchase the product or return the item) Thank you for including both delivery and collection of the hired equipment in the initial delivery price.I followed up my research by visiting the Balcatta store to try the equipment that I was keen on. I was greeted by Emily who was polite, cheerful and answered all my silly questions. I liked it how all the products I saw on your website were positioned the same way on the showroom floor and I could go straight to the machine I wanted to try out. The website photos depicted your showroom exactly, so I felt immediately comfortable, as walking into a fitness equipment showroom is way out of my comfort zone. I never felt pressured to hire anything, nor was I steered towards a more expensive product. Thank you, Emily and Fleet Fitness. My experience in hiring fitness equipment from you has been calm, positive and efficient. I would definitely recommend your company to friends and family who are interested in hiring fitness equipment.

Fleet Fitness in Balcatta has been so easy to deal with. Walked in one day looking for a hire, got one for 6 months initially and have hired it for over a year. Delivery service was great too and at a decent rate! They were very courteous to deal with and were really nice when it came to extending the hire duration. Their communication with any queries was also very prompt. Fleet Fitness provided a promotion for any referrals, those referrals have also advised how helpful Fleet Fitness has been for them. There's no hidden fees, just a good upfront business I've already recommended to others and still recommending :)

Recumbent exercise bike hire - initially went in an tried, then confirmed via phone and email which seemed daunting at first because I had to send photos and measurements but it was quickly done and they got the hire agreement and delivery happening right away.Received a 2 hr time estimate the day prior and a phone call 15 mins prior on the day which made it easy to organise my day around them.The delivery people were very efficient and lovely, so big big thanks to them.They noticed straight away I have to wear a face mask and offered to as well, which was so appreciated as someone who is immunocompromised and has invisible disabilities. Even though I said they needn't worry as it was such a quick interaction, I was glad that they offered and gave me that choice to stay as safe as possible.

After a competitor let me down rather badly I contacted Kate at Fleet Fitness and she set me up with a great bike at short notice. A pleasure to deal with and a good experience overall.

I highly recommend fleet fitness to anyone wanting to hire or buy fitness equipment. I’ve been using this company for around 6 months and it’s been such an easy process from email communication, very transparent and upfront pricing which means no hidden costs, to excellent delivery and explanation of equipment. I’m a very happy customer and I’m sure anyone who gives them a go will be too. Thanks Fleet Fitness for being such a great company.

The guys were absolutely awesome, I was so surprised they put the machine in place, made sure it was sitting perfect, put the back on and left all in a short space of time. Great service, friendly and helpful, not something that happens often anymore! Highly recommend! GREAT PRICE TOO!

Really happy with every part of my fleet fitness experience. From the friendly advice in their show room to the great service provided upon delivery and collection (yes thy made both processes super easy!) Highly recommend. And the equipment for hire is in tip top condition :) thanks fleet fittness.

I've had a fantastic experience dealing with the guys and gals at Fleet. I originally hired a recumbent bike for 6 months. Easy to sign up over the phone and pay, quick and friendly delivery, and very competitive in price compared to other hire places. After 3 months my recumbent bike was not getting as much use as I had hoped (cough ahem) because I didn't like the style of the piece. I thought to change it would be problematic and expensive. No way, Jose! Fleet happily exchanged it for a treadmill within a week (+ a small delivery fee) and I was walking back to happiness! At the end of the lease they contacted me in advance to arrange pick up - no tricks or possibility of me falling into a new lease that I would have to later pay to get out of. Honesty. Love it!FInally, they collected the treadmill today and were as friendly and efficient as the drop off. They even left my hubby holding a flower to pass on to me. Talk about service!These guys are fantastic and I absolutely recommend them. I've dealt with about 4 different people over the last 6 months and would hire from them again in heartbeat. Great stuff team!
