Bad service always especially after midnight.... Always offline... I mostly come off work between midnight and 2am...only open place on my way home to buy some bread.... Very expensive. Hardly ever pies or sandwiches available.... Staff in spar shop most of the time unfriendly....Cleary does customer service not come first.... They just don't care because they get a salary.....

Worst service ever. Will never use this service station again. Waited for 20 min to fill petrol up. Only 1 attendant working. Then he helped another customer who came after us. When asking he had an attitude. No apologies, nor friendliness. Just plain rude.

If I could give a zero rating I will, they make you wait forever and theres 10 attendants no one helping, and after about 10 minutes they come tell you sorry we dont have diesel at the moment.Put up a sign its common decency.Worst service I have ever experienced

For the first time since i have been visiting this garage, we have been treated very rudely by an employee with the name of Elias. This guy instead of apologizing to clients that are complaining about the slow service and serving clients that came after us he swore at us in his language and told us to leave.. When trying to check his badge for his name looked the other way and when trying to take a picture of him he started pushing me and threatening to beat me up.This man does not deserve to work with people he has anger issues and does not know customer service at all.When i asked for the managers number not even one employee had the number or at least they claimed not to have.

The WORST service ever ,i had to hoot before i got someone to attend me ,he came and when i asked why he stood there,without attending me he actually told me way to get off,his name is Tshesebe.Management of that specific Shell needs to do something about customer service.This happens every time when o pour petrol there.Last time when i went there their machines wouldn't take points card,in the kiosk there were two guys eating talking with their mouths full iyoo pleade do something.

The convenience store and bakery is very nice, however the service station always has a problem with half the pumps out of order, only a few attendants available to assist even though it gets busy, parking always a problem
