Terrible service once again from unfortunately the only Toyota service department in Nelspruit. I will be taking my vehicles somewhere else. The service department at this dealership has REALLY gone backwards over the last year.1. Inflated my tyre to 4.2 instead of 2.4 bar. Oops mistake.2. Scratched other vehicle on the side, still waiting for the manager to get back to me. It has now been 3 months.3. Need to go back 2 to 3 times to get the alignment on a new vehicle correct after wheel rotation. Took it somewhere else.Hopeless and I will never recommend to anyone.

Terrible service especially on a Friday they serviced the car saying everything was fine, left the place, halfway home the altinator gave in, went back and they said they can't find the part until Monday, they didn't even offer me a lift home just closed the place and said they can do nothing now.
