Ordered through Uber Eats and they didn't have items available even though my order was accepted. They also don't know what jalapeño sauce looks like cause I constantly get sweet and sour. Customer service here is bad, there's a McDonald's on every block so avoid this one maar.

Service was mixed upon two visits, some staff helpful, others just look at you. My fries had very little peppers and sauce on them(photo below) and it was a large fries. Furthermore:-No static menu to focus on all options, this is not pleasant for new McDonalds customers.-Plastic cutlery was included without asking, and as a takeaway I think most of us with use cutlery at home, we need to look after the environment

Omg. The service was okay, but the place was gross. The bathroom was a mess and the furniture was waaaaaay due for an upgrade because it looked dull and overwarn and not in a nice and cosy coffee shop way". I was disappointed by the vibe.I know it's McDonald's but

I feel like people don't understand the difference between 4 stars and 5 stars, but anyway. This was the only McDonald's that was open before 9AM in the radius of 3KM, which proved to be very convenient. The quality of the hash brown was the best I've ever eaten countrywide. Would definitely eat breakfast here again before going to the airport in the mornings.

The self service order screens had no option to select sugar free drinks. Scamming clients out of extra money to order the sugar drinks. You also may want to pay for windows licences. Looks pretty sloppy to have activate windows on the screen

Quese at nights are very long. We stood there for over an hour. No one at the drive through took our oder after standing for about 10 minutes, so I assume it was broken as another car drove off and needed to move to the window. They took my order but then I could not pay and had to wait in parking. I was told i can come and pay.After 3 cars went through I still wasn't helped so I left.

If I could give zero stars I would. Juice machine has been broken for over a month, waited more than 20 minutes for nuggets, pathetic.

Fast, efficient and friendly staff. What I got tasted good and good portion. Drive thru had a queue but it moved quickly

I received the incorrect flavour cooldrink, instructed no ice, got ice, requested, no tomatoes, still got the tomatoes, the fries were both half empty, absolute joke. The system asks you these options as preset options which the employees choose to ignore. Very poor staff selection process as seen by many others who have mentioned this service from this specific Mc Donald's, worst Mc Donalds.
