Not answering the phone

The owner greeted me upon arrival, only have 1 other garage I know of in Brentwood that does this. Very nice to come in and feel so welcome, even if it's just a quick run in for a snack. Felt VIP. Friendly service all round.Well done guys! Keep it up

Bad service covered my face with t shirt as I forgot my mask at home let in waited in q and cashier refused to serve me I never passed this gurage on month end but thanks to one cashier that can't tell me to leave b4 waiting in q I'll never pass again used to support u people no more

Terrible experience at Rowhill Motors.13 May 2021 @ 10:30-10:45 AM. I filled my tank with 95 and asked to attendant to check water, oil and tyres. He came back stating that I need a pint of oil, I then said its fine I will throw in oil myself. After he was busy checking water, I saw the attendant with an empty oil container that he just threw in my engine. The oil he threw in was a 15w40 multigrade. The oil I am using is special 5w20 Fully synthetic base. Its common sense to not mix oil, especially mineral and synthetic. I confronted him about it and asked him to call the manager/owner because he must incur the cost of draining this mix of oil and replacing it with what I had. I was merely shut down by an arrogant owner/manager that simply told me that he knows everything about oil and even threw in his many years of experiece at CAT, which is irrelevant. This cost me now R1170 to replace the oil, filter and flush the engine, and they simply refuse to take responsibility. I spent R12 000 pm at this station on fuel for my delivery vehicles and personal vehicles for about a year now. I will never ever go back! DONT SUPPORT THEM!

8 June 2022. Carwash pushing me and another vehicle in bay. The Manager standing around so the staff can't properly work to spray off with water as she's in the way. When a double cab pulled in. Everyone left my car and jumped to the other vehicle. When I went to take the car. There was missed spots and they stopped me to do the tyres they didn't touch yet. My husband ordered 1 X wacky Wednesday at the steers inside. The patties are so thin, small and dry. . They gave my husband 3 X wacky Wednesday as they heard 3 instead of please. Horrible service and very disrespectful management.

Most friendly and effecient service received at any fuel station. The great service left me emotional. Double thumbs up to Xolani. Great ambassador to the brand.
