I ordered my wig last year 17 December 2021 they said it will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days i waited for my wig but I Haven't received it till now May 2022. I commented on their Instagram page they blocked me and when i am sending them Whatsapp they are ignoring me. The Whatsapp admin is so rude. i want my money back or my wig. i am no longer ordering from Deluxe they are terrible scammers.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from them. I ordered hair from them and i had to beg them to deliver my hair, to date my hair has not been delivered. When i call they hang up. On whatsapp the leave me on read. Order at your own risk . They dont communicate, they dont even Apologize for delays, nothing, they just disappear. The only time they will answer FAST is when you are in the process of paying. Highly DISAPPOINTED!

Regrets regrets regrets. Yerrr!! It's been 2 weeks and my order hasn't arrived. They don't even deserve 1 star. Their service is nonsense. If I could. I'd tell everyone not to bother ordering online. The last communication I received from them when I asked about the order ris that their driver will communicate with me. Since then nothing other than hi or hello". These people are horrible!!!! I've learnt the importance of checking the reviews before placing an order."

Absolutely horribleDelivery was after 10 days and this is after numerous WhatsApp messages and a trip to the storeThey also didn’t care and 0 customer service. Very slow to respond to messages ( when they actually do)When the hair eventually arrived it was 8”instead of 12, a super small wig cap when I specified that med - Large.Over all- the worst!

The worst! The hair that was delivered isn’t want I ordered. They take their own time to respond back to WhatsApp texts and don’t even bother attending to the query.Their customer service is really bad.I personally wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase their hair.

Ordered hair via their whatsapp line sent proof of payment. After that I was ignored for 2 weeks still being ignored. I highly do not recommend purchasing hair from this store. If I don't get my good quality hair that I paid for or a refund I will be taking legal action. Save yourself the heartache.

Service too bad ordered 2 weaves a week ago,They don't bother to update me or give me a tracking number instead am being blue ticked and I have to be nuisance today its day 9 have not received the order nor tracking number, am disgusted

Poor service.....I paid, sent proof of payment....but I still haven't received my weave,thy sent me an unregistered waybill of Aramex.....I'm still begging them to send my hair,I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase from them...I feel scammed.!

I would give them 0 if I could. Ordered my wig through whatsapp, asked when delivery would happen, they said it’s next day delivery. They were responding in a timely manner. Then I paid, then they stopped responding to me. It’s been days and still no word about when I’ll get my wig.
