LEGiT Store Galleria Mall

I was at the store to cancel a laybuy. The associate at thecashdesk advised that you cannot get a cash refund on a laybuy (witch is not true according to the law and the stores terms and conditions - that are not on the back of the slip I received.) I was pushed aside whilst other customers were being assisted and had to wait until the que was empty. Not explaining why any explenation. The store manager (not sure what her name is - as she was not wearing a name badge was so rude and unfriendly. I felt so disappointed as I work in retail and customers should not be treated like this. When I explained why I wanted to cancel my laybuy the manager just ignored me. Legit Galleria lost a customer.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Store clean and organized. Prices won't break the bank.
