MV Photography/Design

Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience MV photography for a wedding. They took photos for our wedding, and it felt like they wanted to socialize more than they wanted to take photos. Michelle is a lovely person with a bubbly personality; however, Marlon seems to be over weddings photos and would rather do something else. It took quite a long time to receive photos from our wedding. We had to continuously ask for updates, where they would provide a completion date, then miss the completion date, this happened several times. With each delay we had to follow up and ask what was happening, it was rare for Michelle to keep us update without us having to ask first. It took over 7 months, from the wedding day, to get our photo album. This seemed to be a bit too long in my opinion. But the main issue was continuously following up, instead of being updated as things happened.After our complaints, I was contacted by Marlon, directly, he apologised for the way things went and took full responsibility and wanted to know how they could improve. This showed responsibility and pride in what they do, which cannot be ignored.Overall, they are very nice people, but they were not very professional regarding our experience. However, I believe that they will try to learn from this and improve where they can.

Very happy with outcomes of the photos of our wedding. Alot of effort went into these pictures and could not have asked for any better. Excelling service.

Michelle and Marlon captured our fairytale wedding. Fabulous photographers to work with. Both of them were energetic, engaging and a lot of fun! We love our wedding photos! We would highly recommend their photography to anyone who wishes to treasure and keep those special moments forever.
