I give you five stars for the cheapest prices and the very friendly staff but please, please, please turn down the blaring music. Last time I was there I had to shout above the noise, which was made even worse by the song that was full of obscene lyrics and swearwords.C'mon children and the elderly visit your store as well. Have some respect.

Terrible! I asked for a bluetooth receiver that works with an aux, they gave me something completely different, doesn't even turn on. They don't do cash refunds only store credit, but I'm not interested in anything in-store. Won't support again.

Bought a WiFi adaptor which worked intermittently and I could see it had been used before. Took it back and swapped it for a different one, which didn't work at all this time. It had also clearly been used before. Dishonest business practice...

I attended Compuzone in Hatfield today . My problem with my computer was dealt with by Fenix. He was kindly and patient in dealing with me a 75 year old pensioner. He sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently and gave me careful instruction how to avoid a problem in future.The charge was fair and reasonable. Thank you.
