My experience with Johan the owner is very disappointing. He replaced my aircon pump which when I got my car back did not work at all.. he charged me round about 8000 to fix it which was paid to him in full.. He took it back numerous times attempting to fix it with no success. He told me since he failed to fix it he will refund the money paid to him for the job. To this date the money has not been refunded. I have spoken to him multiple times where he has promised to pay but to date has never done so . This is ongoing since late 2021. I feel this is unfair to me as a customer as he would not release my car with out payment . I think this courtesy should go both ways.
