Joining Unique Physique has been the best decision I could ever have made! Courtney has pushed me beyond what I ever thought I could accomplish, and I am forever grateful to her. It's been straight talk from the get go. She's motivating, supportive and is always in your corner. She does not believe in giving UP and will make sure you don't either. Love the workouts. I feel and see the difference in my body. It's exciting to train with Courtney every week because the exercises changes up every week which makes it so much fun.

An absolute pleasure to work with, met Courtney at our local baseball club where we play and found out about her business UP. We signed up to a couples program in November 2021 and have enjoyed the journey getting measurable results. I was tipping the scales at just over 100kgs when we joined, I am now happy to say I am tipping the scales just over 90kgs. The work outs are fun and the meal plan is interesting. You are guaranteed to enjoy your time with UP.
