Would not recommend!! They harassed us for immediate payment even though the insurance would cover our towing. Made me go with their driver to an ATM at 3AM and charged me R1000 extra then what was quoted by the insurance!!! Shocking and disgusting

Friday 24 March. I had topped up my diesel powered Honda just outside Estcourt. Unbreknown to me the attendant put in petrol. Needless to say I broke down 32 km later. N3 road assist recommended Gerry's motors. Pleasant response on the phone. Kept me up to date on progress, and in ensuring they could locate me. Towed in, professional approach from tow operator. My car attended to immediately. Professional mechanic explaining the easiest and quickest approach to drain the fuel. Such a friendly staff ensuring by needs. Thank you to all you nameless people. Also I need to complement the fault garage for their personal attendance and apologies. Very professional.

I had the misfortune of breaking down with a water leak on Sunday evening close to Escort. Found Gerries on Google and managed to get to their Workshop. John the mechanic was able to get me back on the road and home safely in quick time. All the staff that assisted us were extremely helpful. The night manager, I didn't get his name, even made a call to contacts to check on the situation on the roads as it was the evening of the planned EFF shut down. Great overall service.

Professional, friendly and competent. I did my research online and Gerry's Motors consistently got good reviews. I can see why. Gerry's is definitely outside the norm as far as car mechanics go. They helped me when car broke down just outside Estcourt.The diagnostic process was explained to me simply. They fixed what needed to be fixed. I was confident that the issue was resolved when I left. Highly recommended!

They saved us a really painful trip! Our tyre got a puncture on the way to Durban and they fixed our tyre so quickly and for much cheaper than we were expecting and with super friendly service. I would definitely recommend them!

We broke down in the N3 this morning a white SUV stopped by us. A friendly gentleman introduced himself to us Peter Buys. He offered us assistance as we needed to be towed in and needed a new radiator. Peter made calls got us a tow in and then even collected the new radiator in Ladysmith for us. I would just like to thank all the staff at Gerry's motors for the friendly helpful assistance we received. You all including Peter made our breakdown so much better. We would like to thank the staff at Gerry motor's .On our journey from Umlamhga to JHB we hit a pothole and damaged two rims and tyres.Gerry motor's went out of their way to locate tyres and have our rims repaired.We sincerely appreciated their efficient assistance and service.We were grateful for your help.Magda
