19/02023. At 18h25 I phoned my order to Grassy park Aneesa's for a chips gatsby. I was told that my order will be ready for collection at 19h20. At 19h25 I was there for collection. On enquiry of my order I was told by one of the workers my order was long time done . When I said my food is cold I was told by him I can just go warm it up in the oven. . very bad service I received and was not the first time. I won't make use of their services again . We had to eat cold chips which was not worth my money.

A Long wait, but good food, they have not lost their touch, as I remember Aneesas from my heydays, after party meals, highly recommended, especially those Jalapeno flavoured Samosas, yes I highly recommend them when in need of genuine Cape Flats takeout.

Steak platter for one is very affordable and delicious. Chips are freshly cut potatoes, not ready made frozen chips. Steak is soft and juicy with braised onions . Come with a roll and cut lettuce.

Ordered a full house gatsby from Aneesa's Grassy Park using the Bolt Food app today and im utterly disappointed. Firstly it looks like it was literally thrown together most of the ingredients were not even on the gatsby. It was not cut as requested. It was bland and tastless while also being covered in undercooked onion. This resulted in the gatsby tasting like onion and nothing else. When we called Aneesa's the lady had the nerve to tell us its not their fault its bolt foods failt because the food shakes in the car. Bear in mind that the gatsby is tightly wrapped so how the entire ingredients got shaken out of it in the vehicle doesnt make sense. The worst gatsby I've ever had.
