Good prices and conveniently located, i had fast and efficient service while having my 3kg gas bottle filled.Some constructive criticism i noticed while waiting: staff could be a little nicer to older folk. They can be a little hard of hearing and might not pick up on things up as fast as the younger staff do. Yes it can be frustrating, but we are all gonna get old one day. Food for thought.

Quinton is our tech guy knows the systems inside out, practical approach to fulfilling his work during his visits, no hit and run approach here. Same can be said of the office. Unfortunately as an SAB client i have to book through the distribution office and then only can DDS act,this is a headache to put it mildly.

A very convenient and efficient little gas supply shop also stocking regulators and gas associated fittings etc. If you're coming up the avenues, take 2nd Avenue up and left at Kommetjie road to find a parking on your immediate left, right at the door.

Your staff is incompetent.I literally called up to hear if you had gas and when you close. Got there 11H50. Stood in the que for 5 mins just to deal with the incompetent gentleman behind the till with a tattoo on his hand overlooking me. Asked him why am I standing here to get a reply that he can only see the screen. The guy before me was packing his car and I literally had to call him back to enter his pin for his payment. How incompetent is your staff?The guy retrieving empty bottles was explaining to me what the guy before me bought... why? I wanted to know why am being overlooked when I stood in the que as everyone else.A word of advice. Hire competent staff if you going to be open for 4 hours on Saturday or extend your Saturday trading hours to 1pm, 2pm or even 3pm. When I left he made a snarking reply that they short staff and some consideration might be appreciated... dont tell me your problems when im willing to give you money for a service... does he know how many competent people is unemployed? & the lastly the funny part of it all is here it looks like the payment didnt go through for my purchase as well.INCOMPETENT.

Very friendly service and had replacement 9kg bottles when many others had run out - maybe not always the case but seem very organised and efficient. Thanks!

The service was OK unfortunately they experienced problems with their card machine and did not have a back-up...might unfortunately be a fault from the banks due to loadshedding but they should maybe investigate alternative ways to make payment as carrying cash is not an option in SA
