What an extremely bad experience l had with them. My wife bought a flask which gave me problems the same week we bought we return with it to be fixed with they did but it is never right till now.I went again and bought a paraffin stove in less than a week again the winder stopped working. I approached them they said bring it and fetch it the following day (what a big lie) l dropped on monday and today is friday my stove is not yet back from where they took it to be fixed.l was there and they say come meet our manager Ali (his name) at 18:00 , l was there and the shop was closed (another big lie from the shop staff). How exhausting to come again and again for your stove which is never fixed on top they lie to bring me so late knowing they'll be closed . *when buying in this shop BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK*I'm very unhappy.
