Lack of empathy all they see and want is profit will not recommended this pharmacy rather go to Melrose Pharmacy or Sunray which both are close proximity.

Prices, at Birdhaven pharmacy are often lower than at large pharmacy chains like Dischem or Clicks!*This is the opposite of what I expected.Due to the fact I am on a lot of meds. and I spend over R3500.00 per month after claiming, from Discovery 'Comprehensive' Medical Aid.*I actually called Dischem, Clicks and a few smaller pharmacies in and around Johannesburg and compared prices on my meds.I couldn't believe it but Birdhaven pharmacy prices were cheaper!That was about 6-7 months ago, since then I order all my meds. from Birdhaven Pharmacy.This is a genuine review! Besides the fact that Birdhaven pharmacy service is 200% better when compared to Dischem etc.If you have ever been to a large pharmacy groups, you cannot deny that the service is often terrible!Birdhaven Pharmacy is always good. These guys go out of their way to assist their customers. If I email or call I get a reply sometimes within minutes or in the worst example the same day.With Dischem, I can call 3 times over 3 days and still no reply!So, I cannot give Birdhaven pharmacy 5 stars. From having almost 5 out of 5 for service this establishment has quickly dropped down to 4 or 3 out of 5 and it is an accurate reflection of what happens with bad management.

Friendly staff with a helpful delivery service. They can also be contacted via WhatsApp to organize scripts for quick pickup or delivery.

The second month, even after depositing money at their request to insure they would order the said medication. No reply to the multiple emails requesting feedback as to the status of the chronic medication. No reply as usual.

This pharmacy's staff have a serious attitude problem. They only care about customers with standing prescriptions and give a hoot about walk-ins. Avoid.
