I started using Intergate Immigration Service on my arrival in South Africa back in 2019.That is where i first encountered Jaime Catala, who has done everything possible to assist me in applying and now receiving my Permanent Residency Visa.Not only did he explain the process to me (and as i now know the process can change endless times due to the Department of Home Affairs) he was always available to answer all of my questions and concerns in a friendly helpful manner.Intergate, having been unsuccessful in securing my PR Visa within the timescale suggested by the DoHA, then took the DoHA to court on my behalf (twice!), and am now delighted to say that i am the proud holder of that PR Visa, taking all of the stress away from me and my family.I am in no doubt, that without the help of Jaime, and other agents at Intergate, i would NOT be holding my PR Visa now.Couldn't recommend them enough.

Intergate Cape Town has been exceptional in navigating the bureaucratic jungle that is the visa terrain. The reception staff are always very friendly and helpful. Prompt to reply to your emails, knowledgeable and professional staff. No question is a dumb question to them, and they take their time to answer your inquiries in detail.
