Awesome service , awesome staff

I don't typically write reviews, nor was I asked to even review, but I am writing this review in so much thankfulness for Hi-Q Strand branch. Unfortunately I don't know their names, but the floor workers here are really the most dedicated and hardest working people I've ever met. They have assisted me so far beyond my duty. I bought a car a few months ago. The tyres on the car was too large and kept causing problems for me. One worker took the time to investigate it for me and showed me on the system that the tyres which were on my car were not acceptable at all. I loved the rims and did not want to let go. He took time to find out which tyre size could work so that I did not need to let go of my rims. Recently, again, after I could not receive the proper help from another tyre company in Strand which I will choose not to mention, they tried everything to determine what the problem was and it was fixed. My tyre kept losing pressure and I took it to 4 tyre places. Nobody could find a puncture. They were the only ones who guessed that the problem might be that air is escaping along the rim. They tasted that theory and lo and behold... I will recommend these guys to anyone who needs proper and decent help. This is not just business, it's service.

I've bumped my original rating up by 2 stars due to a recent good experience, however on my first visit about a month ago, I was fitted with two new tyres after being stranded due to punctures, only to have another flat 2 days later because the valve on one of the new tyres was poorly installed. Cannot think of better service. Stuck on the N2 with a flat on a merc GLC with no spare tire. Daniel and his team came out to rescue us with a professional, well equipped van. Excellent thank you.

Now I know why they have such a good rating.. been here a few times with minor things, and they never charge me .. I heard off today.. staff is friendly... these guys are great..!
