Pathetic service!!! Brother in law booked and paid a deposit for my sister and she fell ill, with covid being around we phoned and asked if we could postpone not being told that the deposit would be forfeited they agreed. When my brother in law messaged for a new date Brad was such a rude guy! Apparently even if your granny died you need to go in for your tattoo.
