made arrangements to have two items delivered, plans were made well before the time just to receive a message to cancel delivery 10 minutes prior because of personal errands to be done at home from the owner, not good business ethics, EDITED PART AFTER THE OWNER EDITED HIS APOLOGY should have informed and reminded me they do not do deliveries, then i would have arranged for transport or either simply charge me for the fuel, communication is of the essence for any business owner no matter the client also no dates was written on the cash slip and no NO RETURNS POLICY visible ON CASH SLIP NEITHER THE STORAGE FEE's
