Very friendly and helpful staff providing an efficient service at reasonable price. I recently had a spare wonky wheelchair wheel that needed spoke tension adjustment to pull it straight. I dropped it off in the morning and got a call a few hours later to tell me it was ready for me to collect. When I pulled into the parking outside the lady managing the reception desk came out to my car to greet me and told me she would bring the wheel and card machine out to my car to save me the trouble of having to haul my wheelchair out of the car and shlep my way into the store. Very good experience all round and highly recommend KT Cycles.

Initially walked in because of convenient location, will be returning because of good service.Kovilan and the team did an awesome job at keeping me a happy customer, continuously keeping me updated, delivering as promised and offering great prices.

Rip off bike shop.... I went there as it's near my house... What a regret... They don't even call to discuss repair or repair cost. Went there twice coz I had no feedback on repair. First time was told they haven't yet got to my bike and will call they couldn't even tell me an estimate... A week later and still no call... I decided to go again and see what's the hold up...to my surprise my bike was repaired and ready for collection... But it's just standing at the back with the other bikes for sale... they hoping I don't follow up..then when I get it.. Get ript off with an excessive repair bill of 800 just for a front brake. Sloppy unethical service. Best you avoid this shop.
