Super impressed with Bounce! Their prices are the best I could find anywhere for a Pioneer DDJ400 controller. I placed my order at 8:30 in the morning and it arrived before 15:30 the same day!

I did a Google search for noise cancelling headsets and Bounce online was one of the first results that came up. I then clicked on the chat option, filled in my details and did not expect a response anytime soon. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a reply almost immediately. Chris and I had a long chat regarding my requirements and he was able to suggest the perfect headset that met my unique requirements and budget. I took a few hours to do my own research on what he had suggested and thereafter told him to go ahead with the order. He said he will have the item at his warehouse within the next day and he did. This whole process was smoother than anything I have ever experienced at any online retailer. Just the ability to get clarification and suggestions on my specific needs is worth 5 stars. Being able to tap into someones experience and knowledge cannot even be rated. Chris really understands audio, and I learn't a lot from the conversation with him. I am very impressed with Chris and team and am now a customer for life. Thanks Chris, you really made me feel heard and valued as a customer. I will be back!

Im very stoked with Bounce! Initially i was amazed by their prices! I was in the market for a DJ controller and Bounce had the best price out of anywhere i could find(Including Takealot, Hi fi corp, gumtree and facebook market place). There was issues with their suppliers that was completely unforeseeable but they did absolutely everything in their power to rectify the issue, and i still got my product in a timely fashion. Big love to Bounce! Amazingly well priced quality equipment for sound and lighting, at local/affordable prices.

The best online shop for sound gear in South Africa. Chris is an absolute legend!Super fast responses to all queries in general, and I have spent thousands with them over the years. But these guys blew me away over the last week.I ordered a box of sound adapters for our company the day before unrest started in KZN. Our package was looted from the warehouse during the looting mayhem. One message to Chris and our shipment was replaced with no issues at all and we received it the next day.

I’m honestly quite surprised by Bounce. Yes, it’s not a massive retailer like Takealot, but the service, price, and speed is astounding.I placed an order on Wednesday evening, and at 14:00 on Thursday, my order was delivered.Not only was the USB-C passthrough I ordered well-priced (more than a R100 cheaper than a plastic alternative) it’s made of metal and feels sturdy. Bounce is also the only store that sells this particular passthrough.Thanks Bounce (and Chris for sorting my order), you guys are great!
