Never buy cat food pouches here. They dont give you discount on buying a box of twelve. You are better off visiting any other pet store that gives you a discount on the full box. Eg royal canin pouches are R174 by absolute pets. And in cape quarter theres a petshop selling a full box for R140.Makes me wonder what else they are marking up

I arrived exactly 1 minute past 7 and the doors were still open and the cashier, Lukani, was still attending to a customer. He however told me that they are now closed and that he cannot help me. I explained to him that it's an emergency as I am out of bird food and I rushed to catch them open. He just refused to help me! I have always supported absolute pets, but today I was so disgusted! Bad apple that really shouldn't work in a pet shop!

Extremely upset. I went to this store today, bought a laser toy for my cats, arrived home only to find that the toy was previously opened the batteries were inserted already & who ever opened it found it faulty & the toy packaging was then stapled together & placed back on the shelve, now I need to get back in my car & return it, time & petrol!!! This for R109 toy (broken)! So annoying, please check packaging before you leave this store. The staff member told me to just bring it back! Should have asked him why don’t you bring me a new one & collect this from me.

Nice clean store. Good service. Helpful staff. Not the largest range but they have most of the goodies I needed. Slightly pricey but I guess rent in Canal Walk can't be cheap.

Bad service from a young lady this evening at the canal walk absolute pets store who certainly does not believe in service or assisting a customer. I will never shop there again. To the young lady who kept rolling her eyes at me and kept arguing with me, and downright arrogant you need to learn how to treat a customer, not to mention you need to learn about the products in the store. So disappointed in absolute pets....# you just lost a good customer.

My go-to vetshop, the store between Woolworths and Checkers . Always fully stocked with my requirements. Staff are very polite, patient, knowledgeable and helpful at all times. I love that they inform customers of promotional items as I sometimes miss the Hill's emails. The promos are also well displayed, visible on entering. Thank you Absolute Pets!
