Oceana Beach and Wildlife Reserve

Seven star place with a to-die-for vista of the ocean. We were there for lunch but got a tour of the rooms. Wow! You need a degree just to operate the shower. Replete with James Bond style TV, and you can do whale watching while lying in the bath. Lunch was world class fine dining at it’s best. Will return…

Spent four nights here in 2015. Rooms are fantastic with stunning views. My particular favourite aspect is in the bath that has a large window, meaning you can relax whilst enjoying the ocean views. The facilities are great. Spa was lovely and staff are super attentive. Would love to stay here again.

Stunning venue for a wedding. Excellent views of the reserve and the ocean, lovely entertaining space (for food and drinks). Even has a pool table and shuffleboard table. Extremely impressive. Had a great time on the game drive, too.

What a wonderful place! If you’re considering a visit, don’t hesitate, just book! We spent two nights here and didn’t want to leave. The service was impeccable. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond our expectations. The room was amazing with even more spectacular views. The beach was basically our own expansive private beach. Food was delicious. I really can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at the Oceana Beach & Wildlife Reserve. We had booked All Inclusive and had excellent culinary service throughout our stay. All meals are served a la carte, the dishes offered change daily. These as well as the service are on a first class level. We would also like to point out the first-class wine selection and long drinks, which are included in the all-inclusive package - this also includes a wine selection in the rooms. For the game drives, which take place twice a day, the drinks of choice are brought along. Service, game drives, food and beverages, room service, which is included in the All Inclusive, as well as the fantastic ocean view are excellent. We were lucky" to be upgraded to the Pool Suite due to a bees nest in our booked room - equipment

Amazing views! Amazing Rooms (Ocean Suites are the best, with a 180 view of nature, game and the ocean) and generous and friendly service from a helpful and warm staff. The in-room service was treat, especially when the weather isn't great. The food was enjoyable and you could also choose to be taken down the beach to have a meal on a deck overlooking the ocean.A Special thanks to Thulani, Larry, Athi, Andre and Dan.I highly recommend a visit.

Beautiful, romantic spot. Best service I have ever received in my life. Great place to be at if you need a little recharge.Food is delicious, great wines available, and a visit to the spa for a massage is an absolute must. Would love to go here again. Pricey for South Africans, but it's such an experience if you ever want to treat yourself.

My husband and I got married on the weekend of the 31st of October 2020. Most of the guests also stayed at Oceana for the duration of the wedding. From the first day of sending our first email to check availability, to the very last day of us checking out, each and every single wedding guest received outstanding service. The food, venue, service, staff, views etc. are just perfect. Everyone at Oceana made our dream wedding possible and it was everything we had hoped for and more. Well done to Chris and his team, keep up the excellent work and we hope to see you soon!

Oceana is simply a piece of heaven - with intimacy, privacy and facilities, service and food that are all world class. Tucked away in a small piece of wilderness beach paradise, you will not be dissapointed by anything. Make sure you stay for more than a day!
