Food was bland ordered Seafood Platter for 2 + another whole fish platter no spice not even on the rice chips under cooked Crispy fish covered with chicken stock lemon cream sauce and so was the rest of the food so everything tasted like chicken stock lemon cream sauce.I ask manager to cancel other platter he said already made and I ask them please add some flavor on the takeaway platter what a huge disappointment. they threw a months worth of cayshun spice on the prawns

Service was good the manager was friendly -However now idea why they would drown the Crusted Kingklip in the sauce that it is served with.My suggestion to the group chef is that one should crust the Dish and then place it on the sauce.I asked the manager at the time and he was absolutely sure, after 5 Months of holding this position, that this dish was served correctly as per the Ocean Basket prep and presentation guidelines and standards.

The food was delicious, waiter was friendly but getting our food took forever. I then bit into a plastic that was a shape of a false nail but was told it was the tip of the sauce bottle, which cut my pallet. Manager couldn't even be bothered or even say sorry you can have this on the house. Just offered a nurse come check me out. The card machine for cardholders wasn't working. Will never go there again no even atmosphere.

Not even worth a star. Food was very unpleasant and the manager had a bit of an attitude. We did not want any freebies but want decent food what we charged for to be paid for. We are regular customers but surely this was the last.

The atmosphere is very relaxing near the small lake by Silverstar hotel. The food was all right. When it came time to pay, the card machine was not working very well and the owner was very rude about it. That ruined the experience.

Silver star has always been my daughter's chill place. We had nothing to do and decided to drive to Silverstar and this place is the one. Ocean basket is still my favourite seafood place loved it.
