I would just like to compliment your management team and the staff of Milady's in the Goldfields mall for their excellent service.My mom and myself just went in the store to browse and she saw something she liked but it wasn't in her size on the shop floor. The employee's were very friendly and told her that they will look in the storeroom if they don't have the size. Unfortunately the size were not available but it was available in a different color so she took that one. When we reached the tellers to pay the cashier told her about the current promotion running in the store and even accompanied my mom to help her find what she was looking for.Working in retail myself and know how tiredsome it can be and it's really good to see friendly staff going out of there way to accommodate customers.This is really world class customer service.Well done  to all.
