Very pleased @ the distance the sales team are willing to go to assist their clients. the quality of their parts are very good and i also recieved a 100 000 km or 24 month warranty on my front and rear shocks for my mercedes c350 w204. best of all they got me BMC performance cone filters for my car at an unbeatable price. And it was all sent from gauteng to vredenburg in perfect order. thanks alot MVA , I am deffinently using you again.

Those people are crooks, warning do not go there. I bought a water pump/thermostat for R 4500 which worked for only three weeks before it failed and almost overheated my engine which could have been damaged.Before buying the water pump/thermostat Victor the sales person promised that I wont have any problems because they sell hundreds of these products and no has complained, he even took me to the store room where they store them and i believed him and decided to buy it (Biggest mistake of my life). I took it back for a refund/exchange or repairs and i was never assisted, I was only told that there is no guarantee on electronic parts. R4500 is a lot of money and I want it back, your products are trash and its not my fault.

The worst place if you looking for any spares for your vehicle!!! DO NOT TRUST MVA SPARES The company is clever by leading customers on stating they have every part in the world only for them to lure you and provide the worst customer experience. I made an appointment for 1:30 and only got addressed at 14:30. I asked what's the hold up only for them to say the driver is on the way and 10 minutes away. Alas 1 hour and 30 minutes later the incorrect part was delivered. Whats baffling is that the manager lied to us. Stating they have the part and the price when they didn't. PLEASE DO NOT USE MVA. THEY HAVE NO INTERGRITY AND CONTINUALLY LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. ITS A DISGRACE THAT BRANDS AS HIGH END AS MERCEDES, AUDI AND VOLSWAGEN ARE AFFILIATED WITH MVA SPARES. THEY ARE AN UNTTER DISGRACE TO THEIR INDUSTRY AND SURELY WILL NOT SURVIVE IF THEY CONTINNUE TO LIE THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Went there to buy a high pressure fuel pump from Charles. Chalres told me it was an Imale pump. But it was clearly a second hand pump. Still had the VW Audi badge and absolutely no sign that it was an Imale pump. Imale pumps are stamped. I bought it anyway. Got home and it didn't fit so returned it the next day. They promised a refund but didn't have cash so said they would do an EFT. 3 days later no refunds. Then they tell me that I must collect cash. Now I need to make a special trip to collect cash. I tell them that I cant make a special trip. They said they would do a ATM deposit. When I message to find out what's happening with the deposit 5 days after I have returned the part they ask me why am I asking so many questions." That's signs that these guys are fraudsters as the other reviews have pointed out. Eventually I had enough and said I would collect the money. So I go there 1 week later and fortunately manage to get my cash back. Do not trust these guys. And most of their good reviews are fake.See attached chat for proof of their pathetic service."

Well is stay in cape town. I contact these guys for my Ml63amg front pdc sensors that i need. Give them the original nrs. And the sort everything out and ship it to me here in cape town. They really saved me alot of money. As soon as it arrives here i can fit them and all good then. Thanks for helping out. Much appreciated
