Outstanding service and talent. 10/10

I am quite pleased with the service. It was clean and the way I was received at the door was good. They have a reception where you can ask any questions instead of waiting around for someone to attend to you the prices are also reasonable. I am definitely planning on using their services on a regular basis.

I went their once and their services is really bad. Got there early and wanted acrylic gel and the lady said they do not have anyone in that section but helped someone else that came after me to do ACRYLIC GEL. Than waited 5 hours and there was still 2 people left before me and they take two hours with one customer. I left without my nails being done and wasted my time

For the nail salon you need to arrive very early even if you write your name down and leave. The waiting can be quite long. Lovely end result though, all the ladies are really good. Sisipho is my fave!!!

Worst experience ever. The Nail tech unfortunately didn’t do what I wanted in terms of the art. I was like sure I can live with this. I didn’t put much attention into the shape then I left. When I was on my way home I realised kuthi no maarn, these nails aren’t straight and it’s really bad, even a stranger next to me laughed as she could tell from a distance. I texted same time but no one answered since it was already closed. Went back the following day and did they not refuse to refund me ? One of them said my fingers aren’t straight meaning she didn’t see anything wrong with the nails. I asked for them to be removed sogqiba they gave me hot water to wash the hands, I complained and didn’t even get a sorry for burning my hands. What a waste of my time and money, I literally went there to donate. My conclusion was they really do not care if the customer is happy or not as long as the salon makes money.

Professional black owned business. The atmosphere is tranquil and everyone is mindful and respectful. The receptionist is an extremely delightful person and the services and products are top notch. I just loved it there!

Waited for over an hour to be assisted, it was not even fullMy relaxed hair doesn't look relaxed at all, looks like it was just washed... not satisfied
