Does not answer phone and closes at 5pm, not 7pm as listed online. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.

Most of the shelves where empty and was limited to what dog food to buy.

Its okay. May not always have what you need but will probably have it the next time you go.

My husband arrived before 6pm to buy dog food but the store was already closed. Opening times online indicate that the store closes at 6pm on Weekdays. When he waved to the guy behind the counter to try get his attention as we really needed raw food because we were out, the old man 'shewed' him away in a very rude way. This is extremely disappointing as we frequent this store often and is not the kind of treatment you should give your loyal customers. A simple 'I'm sorry but we're closed' could have sufficed, there was no need for the rudeness.RESPONSE: Thank you for the efficient, kind response and gesture. It is very much appreciated. You have definitely not lost our business and loyalty. Negative experiences happen, we address and move on - that's good business.Thanks again :)
