I found the staff rude. The changing room is never attended but you are expected to ring for service and wait for ages and then get treated like you are being done a huge favour when the attendant has to leave her chat with her friends at the tills and let you in to try on clothes. Horrible experience.

As always a pleasant shopping experience. The range of wares is always good.The staff frequently offered to help and or be of assistance.I find their food stuffs of a very good quality and it is always fresh.Price wise one has to pay extra for the above.

Small but well stocked with clothing and the food section has the usual Woolworths quality food. They do run out of stock later in the day. The mall is busy so stock does run out. Just go early if you planning a particular meal and need all your ingredients from there.

Been going to this Woolworths for years.Never had a bad experience everything you would expect from a Woolworths.Tellers are always firendly and work fastI have never had to wait too long in line even on a busy day.

The manager Lungi Mashaba is extremely rude and arrogant when I tried to exchange an item I received as a gift. I could not believe the manner in which she spoke to me. The teller called for her and from the time she walked towards us, she looked as though she was having a bad day and I was at the receiving end of whatever she was frustrated with for the day. She needs some serious customer service training.

Neat, but congested store layout with a deli size grocer. Very nice staff at the grocer who put the customer first and, nowadays, that's highly highly appreciated. I never purchase anything, but food from that branch, so I can't say what that section of the staff is like. People are generally so depressed from this pandemic and the loss, so receiving friendly service fromthis grocer staff is always a warm fuzzy feeling inside. Their Baker is a prize! I've never poached before, but ...

I'm utterly disgusted by the despicable service by this Woolworths. My mom received a voucher via sms and tried to use it to buy a present fory brother. The voucher code however didn't work and my mom was treated with such disrespect and was made to feel like a crook! I'm mortified - you send vouchers to loyal customers and then they can't be redeemed? She was told she'd be called with more information, but nothing. This is truly disappointing.

I am upset and confused at how you run this store…We had 1 item and waited 30min it’s in the line that was emptyInstead of being asked for help or redirecting us to the food section to pay, nothing was done and we stood waiting like idiotsImprove the way you deal with customers and your organisation
