Had my first ever bridal dress fitting today. What a great experience! Thank you Kay for assiting me! You turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into an enjoyable and pleasant dress fitting. I really appreciated your input, guidance and energy. Overall it was a professional bridal experience.

The hostess was a real cow. The dresser was fantastic! She was patient and kind. We were a medium sized entourage including a pensioner and there were NO seats...at all. No welcome drink or anything at all. Very pretty dresses but nothing out the box

Love the staff! So friendly, very helpful and patient. They made the daunting task of looking for wedding attire quite enjoyable. Wide selection of items. Enough space to move around. They could, however, improve on the lighting inside the change stalls — it's a bit dark. Would definitely come back as well as recommend.

So unprofessional, They took a double payment which I was told will be refunded the same day. Did not happen 2 weeks after they come back after numerous calls with a refund form. The manager should be trained in customer care and be trained in company procedures. Will never support bride & co ever again and I will not recommend them at all.Thank you for your reply.

I went there twice and both experiences were bad. The first time, I was not assisted with my fittings or choosing of the dresses. I was discouraged from trying on some of the dresses.The second time I was not allowed to try on the dresses because it wasn't my first time coming. The reason I had come for the second time was due to the fact that new dresses had been brought.Both times, there as a lack of assistance from the consultants

Suits were fetched by one of my groomsmen. The collared shirts were not included. We only found out about this on the wedding day. We should have checked, but I find the lack of thought on the part of the staff at Bride and Co unacceptable. Our two remaining groomsmen had to rush out, 30 minutes before the wedding, to purchase additional shirts. Not recommended.

I had my first bridal fitting ever today. I was so excited, but the store ruined the experience for me. I came in thinking I would be getting attention, help and advice from a consultant, but I was mistaken. Firstly, they were unprepared for my fitting, with the hostess being rude and the attendant scrambling for a pen and form. Then the consultant looked bored to help us. She told me I could chose 5 dresses, but didn't assist me in making choices. I had to take lead, even though I am new at this. None of the dresses were in my size and I had to ask if the can be adjusted or something to get things going. She didn't offer. Then she proceeded to rush me through my fitting. From walking into the store to choosing and fitting 5 dresses, it took me all of 20min. The consultant was pleasant and courteous, but you could see her heart wasn't in it and that she just wanted to get it done.I was very disappointed.

Staff was not friendly or helpful at all. We were left alone to try and figure out how the dresses should be altered and which veil would work best. No assistance from staff when asked about alteration and veil prices. Just because the consultation was free does not mean we don't need expert advice and assistance. No effort was made in personal interaction and we felt very unwelcome.

Trevor knows what he's doing. With just two fits I knew which suit and which size I'll be wearing to my wedding. He also tracked down the right size pants from another store and ordered it. His service was so fast and excellent that I bought another suit for work. My fiancé was also very happy with her dress. The next morning she asked Bride & Co if they could find the same dress but with a longer hem (changing her order), and they were happy to help. Special thanks to all the staff that helped make our dreams come true for our wedding.

What a Lying bunch of people. Do NOT deal with this company at all. Their employees are liars and thieves it would seem. I was waiting and fighting from July for a set of waist coats. They were very fast to take my money, but said coats are still missing in action. On my LAST visit to the outlet - for the 6th time - I was told that the employee do not work there anymore and they do not know what I am talking about. Be warned, please. This place is seriously unscrupulous and they will steal from you the first chance they get it looks like..
