Sunshine Beauty Spa

I had the great experience when I did my full body massage at this place. The ladies were so nice and I felt great after finishing my massage. The place need a slightly improvement when it comes to privacy, it will be better if we don’t share rooms with other clients. Also with the linen,towels and gowns that I worn they need to change colour and atleast or maybe be white. Lastly the rooms themselves also need improvement, add a bit of design with the new style. Other than that it was great.

DONT BUY THOSE HYPERLI VOUCHERSstruggled for almost 3 months to try and get an appointment, go there and it is dark and dodgy. Confirmed my appointment this morning only for them to tell me the person making the bookings is not there and they are full. No sorry, no resolution, just disappointment.I desperately want to support local small owned business, but not when it’s run like this. Don’t know where they stole the images from, but it is NOT from their spa.

I bought a voucher through Hyperli, the masseuse were very professional and friendly I must say, however, I was disappointed because the pictures are not what you see when you get there. also because I saw Sandton my expectations were raised very high, the place does not look appealing to the eye at all, it has a dingy look. The welcome drinks were oros, the light meal that comes with the package is simba chips, a pie and muffins. My suggestion would be you get 100% juice you don’t have to leave at the reception area you can give the guest as they come in also put together mini finger food kind of meal or something, also the reception area is not appealing but I think the spa has a lot of potential

I was late ,and they made sure that they cover the time that was left , I had a good time and they are very friendly and welcoming how do I forget your nice sauce for the green salad thank you so much I had a good time

The staff were very unprofessional. Appointment was double booked. We were told to come back in 2 hours and then made to wait another 30 minutes. My husband enjoyed his massage but I did not, I wanted a soft massage but I got a hard massage. No one even came to check once the massage was over. We got dressed and left.

I only booked this place from daddy deals after looking at the reviews and the reviews looked decent.Firstly the place isn't what you really expect... It's inside a random building on the second floor and is in another salon not the name of the actual spa...Secondly, when we arrived the therapist said she will be with us soon, she's just finishing up with the previous couple, we were 10 min early.Half an hour later they come to fetch with no apology as to why they are starting so late, only when I asked did they apologize.The massage itself was horrific, foot scrub took a layer of our skin off, kept saying soft, they kept pressing hard, got burnt twice with hot stones and the room is so small, the therapists could not fit around the two beds without bumping us.NO thanks not again.

Well worth the travel to get there. Best massage I have had!. Keep up the good work ladies, best wishes for the future

I wasn’t misguided knowing the place to be in Sandton. No direction and signage to the spa. No one at reception so you are not sure if you are in the right place. When you enter, it’s a hair salon. I was 20min early for my appointment but the therapist took me in 25min late. Hygiene in the place left much to be desired. The therapist hurt me more than provided relief. Treatment was not for the full 90min but I was only too happy to leave.

I booked at their branch in Sandton and only when I waited for more than 20 minutes I was advised by The Manger (Tawanasy) that they moved to Rosebank.Upon arrival there weren't welcome drinks, and the manager was very unfriendly and she didn't even apologize for giving me incorrect information.The staff were amazing, friendly and very bubbly.The place definitely needs attention, the robs and flip flops they gave us to wear, were old and worn out.The package I booked came with a light meal, when i asked for the meal I was told that they didn't have anything to serve me and there's nothing they can do about it because it's their time to go home.So if you are looking for a great place to get a massage Sunshine beauty is definitely the one because of their amazing masseuse.If you want excellent service and your money's worth then I wouldn't recommend it.
