I am an insurance broker...Meaning:I deal with various clients, insurers, and also repairers.My vehicle, would never be seen dirty,Because how would I appear to my clients if I insure vehicles for a living, but do not take care of my own....So you can imagine what went through my head when I had an accident.I cannot even be seen in a dirty car, not even to think about a damaged one. What would my clients say?...I know the procedures of how to lodge a claim.So I went about it as fast as humanly possible.GB Autobody assisted me promptly with a repair quote, and needless to say, once authorization was received, they were granted the opportunity to repair my vehicle back to its former glory.I pay on my vehicle, what most people pay on their houses...But I have to admit, leaving my vehicle with Graeme and his team, was pleasant from the start.Within a couple of days, I was advised that my vehicle was ready for collection...Surprised I was!!As most repairers would have taken months, or inflated the repairs by asking for additionals... Increasing costs and delaying the deadline for having my vehicle finished.But not these guys!!!So long story short...I gave someone a chance, and I was pleasantly surprised.The level of service received, and the workmanship performed, was flawless.GB...It was a pleasure doing business with you.I hope my vehicle remains in tact, but worse case scenario, if something were to happen, I am glad to know that you would have my back, like you did the previous time.Thank you for your amazing service, for you and your entire team, keep up the awesome work.I shall ensure that your efforts in satisfying my very high needs (considering I am someone working in the field) , does not go by unnoticed.Job well done...And for that, I am very very grateful!!
