Good nail technicians and hair dresser. Rather busy but they don't really stick to appointments thou. Worth a try

Waited 15min for my appointment. The person appointed to do my waxing and threading was delayed . I was then appointed someone else to do my upper lip threading and she could not get all my hair out. She kept going over and over to try and remove the hair. The initial lady had to complete the job, ended up bruising me.I then had body waxing to do and had to constantly check myself for hair and ask the lady to remove hair from certain areas.I honestly feel like the staff are not screened well enough and are definitely inexperienced. Beauty kingdom isnt that cheap anyway and then you receive such horrible service.I will not visit them again.Thanks!

Charlene is always available and is the most comfortable person to get a wax from. The amount of care she takes whilst waxing makes the experience so much bareable. For a full body wax she takes the least amount of time with the most effective results. Absolutely recommend getting a wax by here.

Did acrylic nails with them, after only 2 weeks all the stones had fallen off, three nails cracked and chipped off so far, and the other nails glued on the nail bed started getting airbubbles under them about to start falling off. I've done my nails at places, this was my first with them, Very cheap products or glue used.For the prices they have, the service and final products are not worth it. Disappointed.

Went to have my eyebrows done. The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all.She said that there's no one available and if I could come back in an hours time. I asked her if she could give me a missed call as I was doing at other stores. She said she'll try, that's if she's not busy. I never received a call at all even by the close of business.

Absolutely excellent service and I am so pleased with my manicure and pedicure

The hairstylist was so rude, she refused to redo my hair after she messed it up. Poor customer service.

Had a pedicure done about 2 weeks ago.... for R400+ it really was not worth it at all. My usual beautician was fully booked so I had no choice.. now I know for next time not to go here.
