Disappointed at how long it took to service and repair our pool, a new weir cover took nearly a full week to replace when it was not included on the invoice but was included on the quote. The entire process took nearly 4 weeks and weir cover was bot even installed correctly in the end. In too much of a rush and no pride in this companies work.

What a pleasure to do business with Lex Pools!I emailed them for a quote on a swimming pool net and received an estimate within a hour.They sent out one of their technicians the following day to take the precice measurements and it was ready for installation a week later.The team that installed the net was very friendly and efficient.I will definitely use Lex Pools in the future.

What a poor experience, from not keeping appointments, to causing damage to my property (without informing me, damaging roof tiles and leaving them damaged) to harassment for payment. One of the worst experiences that I have ever had. Very unprofessional, poor service... Please avoid at all costs.
