I will never support Mochachos in Mbombela - Orchards Village Centre again. Service is pathetic. We waited for our food more than 45min. Request if our food is ready twice, just to find out the kitchen overseen our order.When we complaint against the manager/owner she didn't even say sorry or nothing. Wanted to make it our problem. Don't care attitude.The restaurant is chaos, no structure at all.Very disappointed.For a new restaurant you need to pick up the game if you would like to stay in it.

25 minutes for 2 Kids meals, it’s not like the place is even busy, staff have nobody supervising them, so all work on a go slow. 1 kid slept away waiting for food.Food arrived after 40minutes lo and behold cold, we were so hungry we just ate it.Manager showed up from somewhere said she had taken the afternoon off, showed her the cold food, no remorse. Chips took 50 minutes at least that came hot

Mr Delivery order. Chicken salad was on special. Unfortunately I could see why:One small tomato used, 5 strips of carrot, 4 rings of onion...and a WHOLE head of lettuce to fill the bowl to the brim.The chicken however was very nicely cooked.Veggies was also nice and fresh.Appreciated the full container of salad dressing.Would appreciate some more chicken in there next time.

Amazing experience. Food was cooked to perfection. Perfect portion sizes. Service delivery executed well. Definitely my new favorite Mochachos joint!

This is the third time we ordering a takeaway from them. Everytime the food is cold n we have to reheat it at home. Our is home is like 5 minutes away from the place. Food is good so just eat at the place i guess.

Always a good choice. Had the chicken burger with chips and drink. Always nice. Great that they had a washing hands sink inside the eating area. Clean tables, condiments were provided and refilled. Always a good choice like I said. Just take note that they close at a certain time until like 1:30 on Friday cause of mosque, we had to linger for about an hour before 1:30 then they opened on time at 1:30 and assisted us.

Nicest chips I have had in a long time.Service is good and friendly.This place does mainly take outs, so don't expect much with the eating area, gowever it is very clean and well kept.
