Excellent service from start to finish. Carpenter Carl took the time to advise why the sliding door we had chosen may look odd once fitted and he was absolutely correct. Returned the following day with different door and furniture, fitted within a couple of hours and it belongs. Customer service beyond the call of duty and we could not be more satisfied.

Don’t shop at the balcatta store. The customer service was the worst. Bought a door and noticed damage, then took forever for someone to come out and have a look. When they finally did, we decided to get a refund coz of their poor communication and to top it off it took another 4 months for them to pick it up and didn’t fit the old door so left us with nothing. Left us worse than when we started. This is a late review as it happened about a year ago but at the end of the day it did happen. People should know who they are dealing with, it’s our right. I only rated 1 star coz I couldn’t rate the a 0.

Dealt with Jayson who provided great knowledge and expertise to help me solve an issue that needed to be resolved in a timely manner. I was able to pay a deposit Friday and have two doors installed Monday morning. Highly recommend Jayson and the rest of the team at Doors Plus Balcatta.

On my initial phone call to request a quote, I was told to go and look at the website then if you like something just ring to place an order". Not great customer service to start with. I rang a second time and this time was able to make an appointment to get a measure and quote

We bought a barn door and the purchase process was so easy. What we didn't understand, and maybe we should have asked, was the wait time from ordering to installation, about 11 weeks. However, when installation day came about, everything went superbly. The installer was very competent and consulted us on various matters like where the handle was to be positioned etc. Very good, worth waiting for.

Dismisssive attitude of manager led to incorrect and very expensive door being delivered after 4 months wait and no apology. Another wait for correct door. Fantastic carpenter saved the day with his lovely attitude and capability.

From the moment I stepped into their showroom, the staff were very friendly. They don’t just sit at the counter and listen to your requirements as what I have encountered with other salesperson in other door showroom places. Clinton, the sales guy took me to see the design of their doors and explained. So many barn door designs to choose. Quoted us there and then. Reasonable price and waiting time to have it installed. Installer were prompt and did a clean job. No mess left. Happy to recommend to my friends.

Went in looking for an external door. Was told they would only sell me a fibreglass coated door as it was for external use and needed to be weather poor. Of course it was more expensive. I was told the door would be installed 2 days later. No one showed up. I heard nothing. I contacted doors plus 12 days later and they finally had someone come around a week later. To fit the door the carpenter planed the top off the door removing the fibreglass coating... why use a fibreglass door then? The door will allow water in and as the rest of the door is water tight it will have no where to go... not impressed with the service or the install job.**one year later, and even after being painted the door is starting to separate due to the moisture entering the top of it just as I said it would. Thank you Doors Plus for arranging the installation of an internal door for me. Mark, the installer, made sure it was fitted properly and left the garage area where he worked, clean & tidy. I'm very happy with the result.
