Very poor service. We asked twice from the Pmb depot if our parcel could be delivered directly to a particular place outside Underberg and were assured that it could. However, this was not the case. The Manageress whom we spoke to from the Underberg branch was extremely rude to us when we queried it, would not listen to us and told us we should have known that it could not be delivered to the place we had been assured it would be delivered to! We will never use this service again as the lady we spoke to has a really bad attitude and poor custom relation skills.

Worst delivery service ever they put illiterate people to answer the calls and front the business to lie to the customers after calling to ask if your parcel is urgent then all of a sudden they didn't see it and it will be delivered in they convenient time
