I went into the store yesterday to order a book for my son in Pietermaritzburg. I was so impressed with the service I received. She even packaged it and helped courier. Not even 24hrs yet and he has received it. 10 star rating for a wonderful company.

I placed an order online including delivery, it went through even through they did not have one of the books in stock.It's two week into school term, and three weeks since the order - I have not received my order calls are hardly answered and when they do I'm told they are waiting for a book, they do not know when they will get.DISAPPOINTING!
