Whenever I run into a Pastel Payroll issue that I can't work out, I turn to Manoj at TMP who is always ready to help! Manoj and his team of technicians are excellent at what they do. I am so grateful that I found this company. They are able to help when even the technicians at Sage have failed to help me on numerous occasions.In the past, Yoland helped me tremendously. We were having issues with IRP 5's 2 years ago, and Yolandi took the time to communicate with my accountant and I to sort it out until it worked smoothly. I don't know what I would have done without her!Today it was Doreen who helped me with my annual increases. She was so easy to work with. Got it done in 5 minutes or so. We even exchanged a few laughs.I would HIGHLY recommend this company! Thank you again.

Wonderful Service received from Vireshen over the last couple of days, Vireshen was very Patient and helpful on every question or issue I had experienced, in some cases where I needed to be reminded or refreshed how to do things, he was patient in showing me again and allowing me to do it myself by showing me where to go, and for myself to do the actual action to learn. He was very good with time management and when he says he will call back or take 5 min to sort out an issue he did exactly that, I really appreciate the service from him and I know I can 100% rely on him at any time.

I was assisted by Vireshen today with a query I had on our invoicing template, I was most definitely a tricky client to satisfy but had to get the template correct and in line with our client's expectations. The gentleman was truly the most patient and willing consultant anyone could ask for. As uncomfortable as it may have been to push for the desired results, I'm happy to announce that it was achieved. I truly am satisfied with the service received today and will most likely ask for him the next time I have a query. As a client, i appreciated such treatment and will certainly adopt such patience in my work operations.
