Went with great expectations just to be disappointed. The chips were heavily over salted. The veggies were tasteless and the calamari was chewy. Which is really a pity with the beautiful interior.

Food was great. Their meat cooked to perfection. Their mash potatoes was a let down though. The atmosphere was horrible considering how great the decor is, lots of empty spaces makes you hear everyone else's conversations. Louder music is definitely needed and would have made the dining experience really amazing.

We had the most delicious fish and vegetables at Bahia Bleu Restaurant. The portions were huge at a very affordable price and cooked to perfection. Our waiter was very friendly and service was great - a wonderful first meal for our holiday.

Had a lovely dinner with my wife. The food was great and very reasonably priced. Had some of the best Hake in my seafood platter. Very friendly staff.

Bahia Bleu - Diaz Hotel Restaurant
The hotel has new owners and has been revamped. Does not have that tired look anymore. Situated right on Diaz beach with the most amazing views of the bay and Mosselbay town. The restaurant offers coffe and tea and cake and it has a nice veranda where you can enjoy it. We did not have a meal so I cannot comment on that, but the cake was wonderfull. Service was friendly.

We arrived at the hotel at 19:30 for a Valentine's Dinner on 14 Feb 2023. Our table has been booked, thanks for that. Ordered drinks and then the waiter explained the menus, as per normal, the Ala Carte as well as the Valentine's menus...We were 5 people.At 21:25 some starters then ONLY arrived! Almost 2hrs later, from the Valentine's menu. The other 3 starters came from the Ala Carte menu...these arrived after many attemps and deliberations with the waiter as well as with the Hostess of the evening...Hot starters were cold and tastless! Main courses were OK, plates of fish and chips were food that were send back as we had to reiterate that we have not received our starters...Chips were terrible, made in old oil... The evening was an overall disaster, embarrassing and waste of money!The Hostess&Floor Manager were absolute clueles and excuses were tabled...To say the least....NOT OUR problem.It was said that the Valentine menu should have been the menu for the evening, apparently, the management disagreed with Floor Manager at the time...By 21:45, the waiters started cleaning the tables and we still did not get our desert...How embarrasing!We requested the desert for a take away as we knew we had to leave!I must state it clearly, it was the MOST embarrassing evening we have ever experienced...NO professionalism and NO customer service exellence. A waste of time, the time with good friends has erupted in a bliss of chaos! You should feel ashame!

The restaurant offers an authentic drive-in experience at a roadhouse. The waiters are friendly and attentive, delivering great food to car in no time at all. The movies shown are great for the whole family. The theme and vibe of the drive-in experience they offer is epic and hope it will be offered well into future.

I were amazed with the luxurious setting. Only had tea and cake, how delicious. Beautiful romantic venue, comfortable chairs at dining tables, even beautiful comfortable booths. High chairs at bar and a cozy sofa area, with a view of Dias Beach. Will definitely go again.Went for breakfast. Portions big and very delicious.

Just had to most AWESOME lunch at Bahia Blue!! Seats were SO comfy and service excellent. Thank you Monica. And food well prepared and very tasteful. You will see me definately again! Ps... Prices were good as well.

Arrived and staff were friendly and efficient. Food was outstanding and very well prepared. Brilliant value for money and Tyrone our waiter was friendly and had super table ethics. Well done guys!! Highly recommended.
