Very very Bad/Poor service. Done the tests 3 weeks ago and paid them in full but still not getting our results. Tried to call them for follow ups but they don't answer the phone. Very dissapointed.

I was dealt with very pleasantly, Prof Zaahl actually came out to my office to meet me to do the buccal swab for the pharmacogenetics test that assisted the oncologists handling my case at Groote Schuur Hospital. Overall pleasant and very interesting/enlightening experience.

I paid and sorted all required documents and within 3 days I received test kit through courier, I have done the test myself, simple and sent back using courier whichcame to my house ,I have received results less than 10 working days.....Excellent service

Pathetic, if I had an option, I would have given them a 0 because that's exactly what they've done...nothing. 3 months waiting for the results only to be informed the samples are missing!!! Requested a refund, I've been waiting 2 months already (with constant follow ups)and I haven't received my refund!

You pay the money and then you never hear back ever again. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. Weeks and weeks of trying to get the results back and I am still nowhere. Do not use them unless you like throwing away your money for nothing.

It has been almost 3 months since i requested for Gene diagnostics services. The service i requested for is supposed to only take less than 20 days for them to do as they promised on their website but up to now i am still doing followups and requesting for feedback . I have paid the required deposit and given them all the necessary information they requested . They take forever to do simple things and i have to constantly remind them to do their work. It seems to me as if nothing is done unless i do a follow ups. After follow up they promise to get back to you but they never do and i only get feedback when i follow up again.
