Will never use this salon again.Not even worth a 1 star.Made an appointment via instagram.For cut, colour and brazilian.Time and date set in place.Upon arrival, the owner asks if I had made an appointment. I say yes with my name and that the appointment was scheduled via instagram as she never responded to her website's contact system, she stumbled around as she just realised she has forgotten about my appointment ( I arrived 10 mins early, expecting a wonderful time ) she had just started with a full head of foils 10 mins to the time of my appoinment. It takes more that 10 mins to do a full head of foils !No beverage was offered, sat waiting for 15 mins, was rushed to the basin for shampoo, was left there for 30 mins with shampoo in my hair while the owner continues rushing the full head of foils.I left without getting my hair cut, without getting it coloured, just had the brazilian done and owner still asked me to pay the full amount.Unprofessional, greedy and disgusting.Never ever use this salon.The status Hairstylist/Hairdresser does not belong next to the owner's name.

Best Gents Salon in town. Cosy hidden gem opposite of Bayside centre. Always willing to help and walk the extra mile. If they dont have a product they will ensure they get it for you.
