I bought a Defy double door fridge in Sept 2020 it was just after lockdown.GT gave me the fridge without any accessories. All these months I could not find proper connection to my fridge.Only yesterday Defy managed to order my filter pipes after many orders they could not find on the system.It gets better to find there is a screw that was supposed to be in the fridge but GT did no supply me with even the tiniest part that I could not find anywhere in South Africa.BAD Experience for me.

Don’t EVER purchase anything from them it has factory faults. I bought a “brand new” shop soiled washing machine and it’s has not worked since day 1. Makes a terrible sound when spinning and now it cannot spin at all. It is also your responsibility to take the broken stuff they sold toYou back to them and then cart it upAnd down for inspection and fixing. I have spent over and above the money I would’ve spent on retailer bought item.

Was very friendly customer service. This was completely outweighed by them not having updated their website in ages. Products they used to stock. They dont or completely out of stock.Was a waste of petrol from town.
