Went in over a week ago to discuss a quote, they were in the building, business as usual (no lockdown excuse). Gave them my email and phone number. Was told I'd receive quote. Nothing. Emailed them myself, nothing.Abysmal.

I called out the company and was enthusiastic about receiving a quote however, this did not arrive. without an explanation just blocked my calls and ignored my request. Unprofessional service. I do not recommend them at all.

My solar geyser burst the 20/8/18.I contacted elnino solar geyser. They sent someone out to take photos of geyser damage and warranty geyser nr.It is to the 7/9/18 and am geyser is still broken. GAP GEYSERS IN JHB refered me to a plumber in PE and he says he does not know why they gave him the job and he does not have stock. I am bathing at relatives homes. And washing my dishes at my neighbours house.I AM VERY VERY FRASTRATED.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GAP GEYERS TO ANYONE. THIS HOUSE IS NOT EVEN 2 YRS OLD.PATHECTIC SERVIC

Pathetic after sales service. Insufficient electrical wire supplied to complete the job. Refuse to assist with refunds for goods over supplied.Manager (Male) has no customer service qualities at all. Very unprofessional man.I will certainly not deal with them again for/on behalf of Effective Contracting (Pty) Ltd

I went to the business to enquire about a fault on my Geaserwise, there were nobody that had knowledge about it and took my no for the technician to phone me which didn't happen. I phoned his no several times but he did'nt answer and when I phoned the business no the next day and spoke to him, he told me that he can only attend to my problem the next day, leaving us without hot water for another day.

Bought my Solar geyser with installation Dawie in 2014. Burst in 2016. No guarantee because of wrong installation. Dawie now in NZ. 2020 element faulty. Bought a new one from Manie at 175% of the suggested retail by supplier!
