The only thing that needs upgrade is their shower facilities, i wasn't happy with the way they put toilet and showers on top of the bed. You had to sleep thinking about it, i mean how can you relax peaceful knowing that a toilet and a shower is right next to your head and shoulders. On top of this it's an open space no door , who does that?

I honestly feel like the place should be closed down The service and staff not up to standard and it is dirty. No sense of privacy the noise level, it looks worst than the backrooms in the townships. I would never be caught dead in that place again. I can't even rate it because I am so disappointed that they run the place like their own house.
